1. What Data We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

• Payment Data: credit/debit card details, billing address, transaction history

• Usage Data: pages viewed, time spent on the site, clicks, interactions

• Device & Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system

  2.1 Creating your personalised plan

  
  

  When you use one of our quizzes, you can answer by tapping the options we offer

  or by typing in your own words. Typing is always optional — every question can

  be answered by tapping, and you can finish the quiz and buy a plan without

  typing anything.

  
  

  What we collect. If you choose to type, we collect what you write. Because

  you are describing a physical problem, this may include health information —

  for example where it hurts, when it started, or what you can no longer do. We

  also collect the options you tap, the country your connection resolves to, and

  technical information about your visit.

  
  

  Why we ask for your permission first. Health information needs your explicit

  permission before we can use it. That is why the text box asks you to tick a box

  before your first typed answer. If you do not tick it, you can still use the

  quiz by tapping — we will not store what you typed.

  
  

  What we do with it. We use your answers to build the plan we show you: which

  follow-up questions to ask, and the wording of your results, your plan summary

  and your offer. To do this we send your answers to our AI provider, **Anthropic

  (Claude)**, which processes them on our instructions and returns the wording we

  show you. We do not send your name, your email address or your payment details

  with them, and we ask you not to include names or contact details in what you

  write. Anthropic does not use this information to train its models.

  
  

  We do not use it to make decisions about you. Your answers change what we

  say to you. They do not change your price, and they are not used to decide

  whether you can buy, to assess you, or to build a profile of you for

  advertising.

  
  

  How long we keep it. We keep what you typed for 12 months,

  so we can check that the plans we generate are accurate and safe. After that it

  is deleted. Information that is not about your health — the options you tapped,

  and anonymous statistics about how the quiz performed — is kept for longer under

  the retention rules described elsewhere in this policy.

  
  

  Changing your mind. You can withdraw your permission at any time, and you

  can ask us to delete what you typed. Email hello@flowmostudio.com and tell us roughly when you took the quiz so we can find your

  session. Withdrawing your permission stops any further use of your typed

  answers; it does not affect what we did before you withdrew it, and it does not

  affect your plan or your subscription.

  
  

  Your other rights. You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold

  about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the same address.

  We answer within 30 days.

  
  

3. Sharing and Third Parties

We use trusted third-party providers for payment processing, subscription management, analytics, advertising, customer support, and hosting. These include, but are not limited to:

- Stripe, PayPal and Paddle — payment processing.

- FunnelFox (Adapty) — subscription management for some purchases: it keeps the record of your plan, renewal dates and payments, and sends the renewal charges to the payment processor.

- Primer — payment routing: securely passes your payment details from the checkout page to the payment processor.

- Google Analytics, PostHog and Meta (Facebook Ads) — analytics and advertising.

Your full card number is entered directly into our payment providers' secure fields; we never see or store it. We keep only limited payment information (for example card brand, the last 4 digits and the country of the card) to manage your subscription and answer support requests. Some of these providers may store data outside the EU.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share anonymized or aggregated data for analytical or commercial purposes.

Anthropic (Claude) — AI personalisation of quiz content: if you choose to type answers in our quizzes, what you write is processed by Anthropic on our instructions to generate your personalised plan. Anthropic does not use it to train its models.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to provide core functionality, analyze usage, and deliver personalized content and ads. Where required by law (e.g., in the EU), we display a cookie consent banner allowing you to manage your preferences.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes of processing.

At any time, you can delete your account and associated data via your profile settings or by emailing us at hello@flowmostudio.com. We will respond to your request within one month. Full erasure from backup systems may take up to 90 days.

We may retain certain data if required by law, for dispute resolution, or to enforce our rights.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and limit access to your data to authorized personnel only. While we implement safeguards, no system can be completely secure.
