In the exercise where you’re on your stomach and your hands are under your shoulder and you push up then bring your hands behind you. My feet lift off the floor. Am I supposed to be actively pushing my toes into the floor to prevent that? Also you say lift your chest off the floor but for me it’s a very small movement my boobs still touchy the mat. Is that ok?
